Refund & Cancellation Policy – The Himalayan Earth Views

To maintain transparency and consistency, we kindly request all guests to review the following terms related to payments, cancellations, and voucher issuance.

1. No Refund for Unused Services or Early Check-Out

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Unused nights during the stay
  • Voluntary early departures initiated by the guest

In cases involving medical emergencies, any consideration for a refund or concession will be solely at the discretion of the partner hotel and subject to its internal policy.

2. Voucher Issuance Protocol

Confirmed vouchers will be released to the operations team only after the full payment has been received and verified by the accounts department.

To avoid delays, guests are requested to complete all outstanding payments well in advance of their scheduled travel.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Amendable Bookings

Once a confirmed voucher has been issued, the booking is considered final and binding.

  • No refunds will be processed thereafter
  • Changes or modifications to the booking will not be permitted

We strongly advise guests to finalize all travel details before confirming their reservation to prevent inconvenience.

4. Non-Refundable Cancellations

The following scenarios will be treated as cancellations and will not be eligible for any refund:

  • Early check-out or premature departure
  • No-show at the hotel or travel location
  • Reduction in the number of rooms after booking confirmation

These terms are in place to ensure fairness and operational efficiency across all travel arrangements.
