Reservations will be confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

To secure your booking, we recommend completing the deposit process promptly. Delayed payments may result in loss of availability.

2. Voucher Requirement

A confirmed travel voucher must be presented at the time of check-in.

Guests are responsible for retaining their official voucher, as hotel partners will honor reservations only upon presentation of this document. Failure to provide a valid voucher may lead to check-in delays or refusal.

3. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in and check-out timings are set according to the respective hotel’s operational policies.

• Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply, as determined by the hotel.

We advise guests to confirm these details in advance for a smoother experience.

4. Itinerary Adjustments

Your itinerary may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. Potential causes include, but are not limited to:

• Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics)
• Strikes, processions, festivals, or adverse weather conditions
• Heavy traffic, logistical delays, or overbooking by hotels or airlines
• Flight cancellations, rerouting, or delays
• Restricted access or closures at specific tourist sites

In such situations, The Himalayan Earth Views will make every effort to arrange suitable alternatives. However, we shall not be held liable for refunds, compensation, or claims arising from these unavoidable modifications.

5. Hotel Classification & Expectations

Guests are kindly advised not to compare the star ratings or standards of hotels located in remote or hill destinations with those of urban or metropolitan business hotels.

Hotel categories and amenities vary significantly based on:

• Geographic location
• Type of property (resort, heritage, boutique, etc.)
• Surrounding environment and access

Understanding these distinctions will ensure realistic expectations and help create a more satisfying stay.
